To all parents, grandparents and supporters of Coalpit Heath Football Club,

As we approach the end of the season the process to elect new officers for the club starts. At the club's AGM in June all the officers for next season (2008/09) will be voted in.

At the end of this season (2007/08) the roles of Chairperson, Treasurer, Child Welfare Officer, Fundraising Secretary and Hanham Minor Leage Rep will definately be vacated. So volunteers for these roles are urgently required.

If you can help by volunteering for any of the roles listed please complete a form and return it to one of the team managers by the 31 May 2008.
