Constitution
The Club shall be known as Coalpit Heath Football Club, and shall be affiliated to The Gloucestershire Youth Football Association and The Gloucestershire Football Association as appropriate.
Officers of the Club shall be formed as a Committee, and shall consist of the President, Chairman,
Vice Chairman, Treasurer, Minutes Secretary, Child Protection Officer and League Secretaries as appropriate. They shall be elected annually at The Annual General Meeting.
The Committee and Team Managers shall meet on the first Tuesday of every month unless otherwise agreed.
Additional meetings may be held at the discretion of the Chairman.
The Committee may appoint Sub Committees as they consider necessary, and may delegate any or all of its powers to such Committees. ie. Fund raising, Tournaments etc.
Each member of the Committee shall be entitled to attend all meetings and cast one vote on matters arising. But no member shall be allowed to vote on any matter directly appertaining to him or herself. In the event of the voting being equal the Chairman shall have the casting vote.
The Committee shall have the powers to act upon and enforce the rules in the best interest of the Club, including any not provided for by any laid down rules.
All decisions shall be final.
Annual General Meeting:
The Annual General Meeting shall be held no later than the 30th June each year, and the following business shall be transacted:

The minutes of the preceding Annual General Meeting read and confirmed.

Adoption of standing orders
-
Presentation of Accounts
-
Election of Committee
-
Alterations to the rules of which prior notice has been given.
Managers:




















Applications for Managers posts shall be considered by the Committee, who have the authority to review these positions at any time.
Qualification of Players:
All players shall be registered with the Club on payment of an annual registration fee, the amount to be agreed at the time of the Annual General Meeting.
Managers are requested to retain full details of their players, and to complete a record of matches played,and subscription fees received which should be handed to the Treasurer on a regular basis.
Any player wishing to play out of his age group must be referred to the Committee for their approval.
The Committee have the right to refuse any player from joining the Club, and the power to suspend or expel any player or parent who in their opinion has brought the Club into disrepute.
Club Awards:
All players shall receive an end of season trophy provided that the have attained the necessary requirements. Each team will be provided with three main trophies to be awarded at the Managers discretion.
Insurance:
All junior teams shall have personal injury insurance. Public liability insurance will be supplied for both junior and senior teams.
Finance:
The Committees decision on matters of finance regarding the best interests and activities of the Club shall be final.
Rules:
Alterations or additions to Club rules must be raised at monthly meetings by those present and agreed by the Committee.
It is expected that the Manager or a representative from each team be present at every monthly meeting unless apologies have been received by the Chairman.
Whenever possible all Managers present at the monthly meeting shall be consulted and their views requested, to enable the Committee to reach its final decisions.
All funds raised and property donated or sponsored in the Clubs name, on receipt shall become the property of Coalpit Heath Football Club unless previously agreed and confirmed in writing by the Committee.
Team Managers, Coaches and other Officers on leaving the Club shall be requested to return all of the equipment and monies that they have in their possession that belong to Coalpit Heath Football Club.
